Billing
Pallet Storage: How Billing and Tracking Work
The billing unit is one pallet position: a standard 48 × 40 pallet up to 72 in tall. Your pallet is scanned at receiving, assigned a position, and stays visible in the WMS until it ships out — the pallet you send is the pallet we store, with no re-stacking onto shared pallets. Storage is invoiced monthly per occupied position; receiving and load-out are billed per operation, so you pay for positions and touches, not square footage.
Dry storage only: ambient, non-climate-controlled space. We do not store temperature-controlled, hazmat, or perishable goods.

Every pallet is barcode-scanned at receiving and on every movement — putaway, relocation, pick, load-out. That builds a documented chain of custody from the moment freight crosses the dock to the moment it leaves, with on-hand counts you can reconcile line by line.
If a count ever disagrees, it’s traceable: each scan is time-stamped to a position and an operator, and discrepancies are documented and resolved through a defined process. The facility runs 24/7 video surveillance with controlled access.
Short Term and Long Term Storage
Storage runs month-to-month with no minimum term — seasonal overflow can arrive ahead of Q4 and leave in January without penalty. Long-term inventory stays on the same serviced model at the same published rates, and steady volumes of 200+ positions move to a contract block. The rate covers the position, racking, and handling equipment: no utilities, no maintenance, no triple-net charges.

Is there a minimum volume or minimum storage term?
No. Storage is month-to-month from a single pallet, and you can pull inventory out at any time — seasonal overflow is a normal use of the facility. Billing simply stops when your positions are freed.
How fast is freight received and rack-ready?
Standard receiving window is 24 hours from your dock appointment. For port containers, book the appointment while the container is still on the water — after release, pallets are rack-ready within 24 hours of unloading.
I already use ARDI for FBA prep or cross-docking — can I add storage?
Yes. Storage runs on the same floor and in the same WMS as prep and cross-docking, so your existing account, inventory records, and point of contact carry over — ask your account manager to add pallet positions to the current agreement.
Do you lease warehouse space by the square foot?
No. This is serviced storage, not warehouse space for lease: our team receives, stores, and ships your pallets, and you pay per pallet position. If you are looking for square footage to rent and operate yourself, this facility is not the right fit.
