Import through Los Angeles / Long Beach, receive at ARDI’s 51,000 sq ft Riverside warehouse, prep for Amazon FBA, and forward to West Coast fulfillment centers — one operator from port to FC.
ARDI’s 3PL warehouse in California is a 51,000 sq ft facility in Riverside, Inland Empire, operated by ARDI Express LLC. The warehouse receives ocean containers from the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles, unloads and stores inventory under WMS tracking, performs Amazon FBA prep, and forwards stock to West Coast fulfillment centers, with DTC and B2B fulfillment for non-Amazon channels. Goods in the facility are covered by a compensation guarantee at invoice value up to $100,000.
Amazon ended its own FBA prep and item-labeling services in the US store on January 1, 2026. Inventory now has to arrive at fulfillment centers already prepped and labeled — otherwise it is not checked in. For importers bringing containers through Los Angeles / Long Beach, a California prep-and-ship warehouse stopped being a convenience and became a required step between the port and Amazon.

Location
The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach together form the San Pedro Bay complex — the largest US gateway for containerized trans-Pacific trade, accounting for roughly 31% of US containerized international waterborne trade in 2024, per Port of Los Angeles data.
The Inland Empire — Riverside and San Bernardino counties — is one of the largest warehouse markets in the United States and the primary corridor where that cargo lands after customs. ARDI’s facility sits inside this corridor: third-party logistics in California priced at inland rates, one drayage leg from the terminals.
Both warehouse locations of the group are listed on the warehousing hub.

Protection
ARDI guarantees compensation at full invoice value, up to $100,000, for goods lost or damaged in the Riverside warehouse. Coverage applies from container unloading through FBA prep to dispatch. Claims are resolved within 3 months. Goods transferred to third-party carriers or confiscated by regulatory agencies are excluded.
Outbound trucks run across the Los Angeles metro, Orange County, San Bernardino, and San Diego, and the site doubles as a California fulfillment center for ecommerce fulfillment beyond Amazon — DTC parcels dispatch nationwide via major carriers.
FAQ
About 55 miles from the Port of Long Beach and about 60 miles from the Port of Los Angeles — both terminals are covered by the same short-haul drayage run to Riverside. Delivery day depends on the customs release time; the schedule is described in How It Works.
ONT8 in Moreno Valley is 12 miles away. Several other Inland Empire and Los Angeles-basin FCs sit within short-haul trucking range, so prepped inventory usually reaches a West Coast FC within one to two days of dispatch.
Storage in Riverside and San Bernardino counties costs less than dockside real estate while staying one drayage leg from the San Pedro Bay terminals. You pay inland rates and keep port access measured in hours, not days.
Yes. Prep is performed to the shipment’s applicable Amazon FBA prep and labeling requirements, and ARDI is a registered Amazon SPN service provider. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days; operations and per-unit pricing are listed on our FBA prep center in California page.
Ship inventory that is already prepped and labeled — from your supplier or through a prep warehouse. Non-compliant inbound risks rejection at the fulfillment center, and there is no fallback prep option at Amazon anymore.
Yes — that is the core workflow: drayage from Long Beach or Los Angeles, container unloading, FBA prep, and forwarding to fulfillment centers. To book, share the container number, ETA, product type, and Amazon shipment plan. The full route is described on our shipping from China to Amazon FBA page.
Yes. The Riverside warehouse runs DTC fulfillment in California for ecommerce brands, B2B pallet shipments, storage, and returns processing alongside the Amazon workflow — one inventory pool can serve multiple channels.
It is the legal standard of care a warehouse owes for goods in its custody: liability for loss or damage caused by the warehouse’s negligence during storage or handling. It is not cargo insurance — it does not cover events outside the warehouse’s control or after goods leave the facility.
Report the discrepancy to your account manager with photos and the receiving documents. Claims are reviewed against WMS records and resolved within three months. Coverage scope and exclusions are described in the Cargo Protection section above.
Pricing is itemized per operation: container unloading, storage per pallet per month, FBA prep per unit, and outbound handling. Current rates are published on our FBA shipping rates for California page.
